Hello everyone! My name is Dave I currently live in st cloud Florida just outside Orlando. I am realitively new to the BBQ smoking arena. Originally from Mi I did mostly typical grilling , but upon moving down south I quickly discovered what real BBQ is. About a year ago I got a large green egg , and began experimenting. My experience with the egg has been amazing and apparently the food must be too as we keep getting more family and friends over for weekend dinners. So much so that a few weeks ago I purchased the XL egg. I have a few things I'm still struggling with and this forum seems to have a lot of helpful information. I hope that I can learn from the experience and possibly add some things from my experiences. Thanks!
