Hello everyone! I am a bit new to the site and fairly new to smoking. I have used a brinkmann electric smoker for a few years. Had some fun with it but decided to step up to the CGSP and have some real fun. Through reading posts on this site I have had some pretty successful smokes of ribs, chicken and brisket. Definitely looking for some tips and tricks as well as some of those great recipes I have glanced at.

Looking forward to talking to everyone and sharing ideas.

Jim
