  1. Hello Everyone

    Just a newbee getting into the BBQ world

    Made my first ribs on my gasser BBQ 2 weeks ago using the indirect method

    Took 5 hrs but were so good

    So much to learn for that great tasting BBQ food

    I'm in the process of getting parts together to build an UDS

    Looks like a great place to hang out
