Hi all, just wanted to pop in and say hi. To say I'm a newbie is an understatement. I have been grilling for years and have always wanted to try smoking but have been intimidated by it. Well my wife just got me a Masterbuilt Extra wide propane smoker for my birthday, so I'm going to give it the old college try. I'm glad I found this site, as I'm probably going to need it for a long while to help me from ruining numerous cuts of meat. Thanks for all of the help in advance. I'm looking forward to picking your brains for a little bit. :-)
