started smoking beef jerky in ohio when I was a teenager. now that im alergic to soy figured id pick a smoker up & start making my own beef jerky again. turns out after 30 years it's not quite like riding a bike. so im here to figure out the ins & outs of making jerky again.

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...
