Howdy folks, my first adventure into BBQ/smoking.
I treated myself to a ProQ smoker to get on the ladder, pork ribs and beef ribs smoking as i type.
I stumbled across the site looking for info whether people foiled the beef ribs, i am doing both now with the 3-2-1 method.
Fingers crossed they come out ok.
looking at pics though my beef ribs had a lot more meat on them, that second/top muscle is still attached, i dont know if i should have removed that or not.
