Hi there! Name is Sarah and I've been BBQ-ing/Smoking for about 6 years now for a local restaurant and caterer called the BBQ Train. I've mostly learned by trial and error, but would love to learn how to make the BBQ here even better! We were recently bought by a new owner who does not have any experience other than what they have read on the Internet, and have already made tons of changes trying to save a buck, so also some advice on how to deal with that would be welcomed!

I am extremely passionate about the food that I put out,and look forward to learning new ways to make it even better!
