Been on this site for a long time now, and figured it was finally time to stop trolling and introduce myself. Live around Peoria Illinois, and am loving the fact that it is November and nearly 70 degrees right now. Been smoking for a few years now, and much of my success can be traced to info I got through this site (including Jeff's 5 day ecourse). Got a Char-Broil SS about a year and a half ago that has treated me well. There might also be a GOSM BB in my near future, to have something that can be transported a little easier. Have had good success with ribs, butts, abts, fatties, and chuckies. Still haven't taken the brisket plunge yet, but looking forward to doing so sometime soon. Got 3 racks of spares going now, with a 6lb butt all rubbed up and ready to go on tomorrow morning along with a couple of fatties. Thanks for all the info I have received on this site so far, I really have enjoyed it.
