Hey ya'll Im Jason from Fayetteville TN moved about 3 months ago from Central Florida where I started smoking with a dome smoker. Just bought a brinkman mini offset an had my first try today. Hopefully my second try on it will be better, had trouble getting the heat up, using wood charcoals from Royal, but the chicken turned out great using a rub consisting of dark brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.. would have added chili powder and cayenne but didn't have it in the cabinet. Nice to meet you.
