Hello all.  I was perusing the forums and decided to sign up.    

I received a smoker for Christmas and was looking for ideas.  I found waaaay to many!

Looking forward to becoming an addict to cooking outdoors.

I noticed quite a few acronyms in the forum posts and was wondering if there was a noob key?
