Hi folks...Jalon here, just found your forum this morning. Good stuff so far. I've been smokin' with a Weber kettle and a hands down, ugliest UDS this side of the Rockies!! I usually smoke butts, bacon, and sausage, but only in smaller quantities - time to move up to something bigger. I'm getting ready to build a new smoker, not quite a walk-in but something large cabinet sized I guess, so I'll be looking around and maybe asking some questions. Thanks for the join!
