Greetings from Alvin Texas. I am moving on from my old burnt out and rusted out stick burner, and will be getting a pellet grill before Christmas. So I will start reading and asking questions.

My buddy grew up in Austin and went to UT so naturally he's a longhorn fan.Here the big rivalry is VT Hokies and UVA Cavaliers.If you put your whereabouts on your avatar it will help with questions in the future so everyone knows your climate etc.
