New to the forum here.
Relatively new to smoking, although some experience. Live in SE Minnesota.
Had to update an old grill a couple of years ago, and have always been interested in smoking meats as they always seem to taste better.
So we bought a Brinkmann 5 in 1 grill that had a small smoker box in it. The grill is awesome, and after smoking some ribs a few times and smoking some butts, I realized that I was hooked. The main problem with the Brinkmann box is that it is small. It's okay if we are just cooking for us, but since we like to entertain, I realized I needed to upgrade.
Got a new Master Forge 51.15 smoker from Lowe's, and used it last weekend to smoke stuffed pork tenderloin (stuffed with Andoille sausage) which turned out great.
Look forward to learning more from everyone here.....
