I live in Clearwater, FL, across Tampa Bay from (duh!) Tampa!!
I have a Kingfisher 4-shelf rotisserie stick burner, a WSM, and a month old Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker.
I've competed on the KCBS and FBA circuit a bit (retired when I burnt out with job changes and such!).
Love to cook and have managed for Luby's cafeterias in the past.
We grill 3-5 times a week and do fish, steak, burgers, etc. for our evening meals.
I started using some Hi Mountain products a few years ago for buckboard bacon and jerky and recently did some breakfast sausages and some other recipe fresh garlic and smoked andouille sausages.
Ruhlman and Kutas have become my heroes!!
