new member today.  semi-retired life long carpenter/builder.  from new england originally but luckily married a sweet Alabama lady 13 years ago (roll tide).  we enjoy feeding the hungry kids and grand kids and want to kick it up a notch or two from grilling and learn the fine art of smoking.
