Opened Wisconson xsharp that I smoked, xactly 1 month. went and pulled some spring onions, witch picked probably last of. Sliced some cheese up and just bit off the tops while doing other chores. WOW! What a combo. Sure yhe chefs here know, but ummm! This leads me to wrapping tops around cheese with bacon maybe and grilling slightly. Aneheim? Yum yum.
