Joined the forum and asked a couple questions yesterday without formally introducing myself. Scott Smith here - just won a 34" Smoke Hollow gasser in a raffle and finally got it out of the box and am putting it to good use as I write. I have 2 racks of babybacks and a 3lb brisket smoking at 200 degrees over hickory chips. 1 hour down, probably 4 more to go from what I have read on the boards here. The first Budweiser of the day has been cracked and since my Giants lost last night, I have to settle for the Buff/Phil game while I tend to the meat. Serving up a side of cheddar and pepper creamed corn, BBQ baked beans, some slaw, and of course corn bread from scratch. Some Stubb's will be available for those who desire it.
