Gobble gobble help, wing style

    Doing a few turkey wings tomorrow when I do two chickens. Never done wings before any tips would be appreciated!

    Same as those Chix, Brine, Rub 'em up and in to 165-175*F...I'm thinking they will be done about the same time...Love wings!....JJ

    When they are done toss them in a bowl with melted butter & Frank's hot wing sauce.
