Greetings to all. Have been reading a lot of good stuff here. Just got a hobart welder a while back for some repairs that were needed. The next task will be to find a tank and build a smoker. If I'm going to die early from eating too much hog, might as well smoke it and make it as good as it gets. Just can't get it right on the gas grill with a tray of wood chips, need the real deal. I'll be back with many questions for sure.
