1st, it was bought last week ... 2nd it's a flat brisket... 2nd part B, she put it in the freezer... 3rd, I don't remember the size or how I'm going to recover from this

Since it's a holiday weekend coming up and continuation of my birthday (all month) I would like to try my first brisket... there's always beer chicken and veggies as plan B

But back to plan A... where and how do I start with a frozen flat?

Simple recovery

Thaw it in the fridge of a couple of days - Rub it up real good the day before you want to smoke it and finally smoke it like it was fresh - you are not going to know the difference if you follow a basic smoke plan

Sometimes I read too much and try to think at the same time...

Now I have something to do this weekend, THANKS!!!
