first smoke

    so prepped a rack of ribs last night and put them on the smoker this morning using the 2.5/2.5/1 method. foiled them with squeeze butter,brown sugar,maple syrup, tiger sauce. also smoked some kielbasa and sweet potatoes. then sauced the ribs and back in to finish.





     
  2. What type of rtibs are they? Looks good.

    My wife's smart answer was "pork ribs"(lol). Just the regular pork spare rib.
