Great looking butts! I'm sure you're going to be a tremendous hit at the party. But, do yourself a BIG favor ..... look at the "sauces" category in this forum and you'll find a sticky for pulled pork finishing sauce by Florida Jeff. I can't remember his forum name ... I think it's Flaquer.) Anyway, make the sauce and apply it liberally over your pulled pork. Once you've tasted it, you'll always use it. Good luck!
 
thanks, and yes, I am one of those "detail" guys. It drives me nuts half the time. I can't go to certain hotel suites because the artwork on the wall is not level.

Also, yes, I was going to be using SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce. In addition to that, I'm going to do another smoke with Dutch's baked beans :)
