Wife just got back from a deployment and surprised me with a Masterbuilt two door from Bass Pro. I've been doing some light smoking on my little weber, but this is my first smoker. I just love loading that thing up on a weekend and cooking for the entire week. So far I have done a chicken, brats, ham. Currently running a load of ribs and brats. All the pork I smoke is not store bought. I butcher a pig every fall, and I can't wait to throw some fresh pheasant on there this fall.
