Get to spend the day in the field tomorrow for work and there's nothing I like more for lunch when I'm surveying than wings. Not the sticky saucy messing yummy good wings just plain old wings. Salt, pepper, garlic, chipotle. Cherry and pecan smoke, high temp smoke. Well it will get hotter than shown in the pick. Couldn't wait any longer to put them on. Wings were still pretty frozen as this was a last minute work assignment. So here we go Mini-WSM 2.5 pounds of wings! Smoke away!!!
