Double smoked ham

    I was hungry for a good ham sandwich and I have a brand new grill.  What's a girl to do?  I had a 6 lb ham shank in the freezer. 

    Thawed and fat trimmed.

    Rubbed with Jeff's rub and put in fridge overnight.

    Ham after first hour.

    Ham after 3 hours

    Just off the grill

    Lunch :)

    Looks real tasty....I made one a coupla weeks ago.....they come out very good....thinking that's the only way to do them now.

    Thanks Everybody!  The ham is absolutely delicious.  The sandwich as well as all the sampling I did as i was slicing it up. [​IMG]

    That looks good I love doing double smoked hams.
