Decided to do a littel brisket today... Came out pretty tasty. Smoked over messy wood @ 210-220 for just under 8 hours. Rubbed naked with Cracked black, kosher salt, cumin, chillie pepper, onion and garlic salt. Oh and a bit of dark brown sugar.
 
Nice! Everyone's got me wanting to do a brisket now.

I don't know if it's right but I was feeling it.. Of course my wife has told me more than once that I'm just not quit right... lol
