I'm making country style pork ribs for the first time. I've always smoked double meat baby backs or spare ribs, but my grocery store had a grip of country ribs on sale this weekend. I have them rubbed and waiting.
Question though, since they are boneless, do I put them on a grill pan, or straight on the racks?
