    marinated in texas petes wing sauce and tobasco overnight and off ta work we go. layed so fresh bacon on top and drizzeled with q sauce into smoker at 5am 225°for bout 5 hrs and brunch for coworkers. wow was it good.

    had a couple pieces of alum tread plate at work so i made one up to do cackalacky or poodle legs up at the ole work place.[​IMG]

    Those look great. Love the overnight marinade ingredients and the bacon laid on top. Oh my, great looking Q!
