Going to name this after you Ron. After re uniting me with Yoshida's I am doing a yard bird smoke today. Brined the cut up chicken in Yoshida's, water, and a splash of cider vinegar for 4 hours. Lightly coated the skin with kosher salt after rinsing . Got it in the little Braunfels with lump coal and Hickory at 250. TBS in full affect. Spritzing with yoshida's and cider vinegar. Cant wait for dinner! Here it is hitting the smoker. More pics later!
