Hello BBQ people , how you all doing ?
my name is Ali and this my first post in this forum , as you have noticed from the topic title , I'm currently thinking of buying Bradley digital smoker , I have never smoked anything before in my life , so I want to make sure if the Bradley smoker would be a good fit for me , if you could kindly answer my questions I would be grateful
Q1- can you smoke a brisket on the Bradley smoker ? , because I have read somewhere that the Bradley smoker can only smoke food for about 8 hours , and according to most of what I have read that a brisket can take 10-12 hours or more of cooking time .
Q2- some websites says you should smoke your food for 1/2 of the total cooking time , is that true ?
Q3- can you run the Bradley smoker without having it to produce smoke , meaning can you have it cook your food without generating smoke ?
Thanks in advance.
