i ve go a hunk of filet...3.12 lbs...any thoughts or suggestions?
I do filet on a hot fast grill.
i dont feel that this cut will benifit from smoking. Very easy to dry out this exspensive cut of beef.
hot and fast. don't forget thr mushrooms
i was thinking of wrapping it in bacon while it cooker?....
I'm with eman...crank up the grill,get it good and hot.Put some salt, pepper and garlic on that baby and throw it on!!! I think you will be much happier!
