    Cut then brined for six hrs.

    Placed in glass dish covered in smoked venison and pork andouille sausages. One stick of butter covered. In the oven at 220 degrees for four and one half hr.

    It will be served with white rice. Thin grease gravy form the dish.

    Sounds like a good combination of meats and flavors. Any finished Qview? I have been looking into raising New Zealand Meat Rabbits. I have eaten a few but have very limited experience cooking them...JJ
