Today I made up fattys to freeze for another day. One didn't make it to the freezer though. After laying out the chub and putting pepper jack cheese, onion, green, yellow and red bell pepper, mushrooms, pepperoni and magic dust, I couldn't resist firing up the smoker. About 15 minutes before it was done, I poured pizza sauce over it and put on some shredded pepper jack cheese. This fatty I did not wrap with bacon.
Edit: Oh yea, I used wild cherry and silver maple.
