A Quick Brunch

    Didn't know where to put this. Since the main ingredient was eggs, put it under poultry. Anyway, got done with yardwork this morn and was getting hungry. What to have? Well, looked in the fridge, had some tortilla shells, green peppers, onions, and some mozz cheese. Scrambled up the eggs with the peppers, onions, and some of Jeffs rub. Put it on the shell, dumped on a bunch of cheese, put the top shell on a put in the little smoker. Smoked with apple wood @ 250 for 1/2 hr. Very tasty!



    Ready to eat with some salsa

    Now that is the way a quesadilla should be made!!! Daboys, props to that smoke, it looks awesome!! [​IMG]

    Now they should. Moved the file in photo bucket. Shouldn't have done that.
