Hows it going guys! My name is Trevor and i am from Baton rouge,Louisiana. I bought a 1hp LEM grinder and a sausage making book by Rytek Kutas about a year and a half ago and have been grinding, stuffing and smoking everything i can get my hands on since! It took me a year but i just finished up a homemade water stuffer and have recently started making much bigger batches of sausage. I own a decent sized propane smoker but have been tossing around the idea of building a smokehouse so i can do batches of a hundred pounds or more at a time.
