7# pork loin w/Qview

Bought a 7# whole pork loin but when I opened it it was cut in quarters. Oh well Just makes it easier to share with dad and the neighbors and also will have more bark. Rubbed with Lysanders pork rub with some fresh ground habenero added. (Just a pinch) Got it on the pit with some cherry for smoke. Qview coming soon.

They're at 125 now and looking good. Mop is Apple juice and good ol' Jim Beam.

Out of the foil and ready to slice...



Sliced...Nice and juicy with a good smoke ring.



Plated with a baker. Corn on the cob just coming out of the pot, didn't make pic.



Took a loin to dad and one to the neighbor. Good eats, this is becoming a favorite around here and at 1.99 a lb it's a bargain as well. :)

Friday I did ribs in my new orion cooker. Yesterday I did chicken on the gosm. and today I finished off a great weekend with a pork loin on my master flame gas grill. the loin turned out the best this weekend. I had it soaking in Italian dressing and honey over night.
