Hey guys and gals, I have to start by saying thanks so much for all your info. It was so so so good. Man I had a lot of trouble with my temp raising up to 325 but got it to drop to 250. The weber Lid on my drum doesn't fit right. Sucked cause it was windy all night. Started a 4am and smoked until 12:30 then put into oven until 4pm. Here is a pic of one of the butts. so so good I have a lot left over. Every one loved it and loved these. I can't wait to try some more stuff. And again thanks for all your Qviews and tips on this forum.
