1st Smoke of the Spring

    After my yard finally being thawed out from being buried under ice and snow all winter it was finally time to dust off the smoker and get it fired up.  2 chickens using the Slaughterhouse Poultry Brine  and a typical rub I made with the usual of spices.  Also threw on a couple cream cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon.  Everything turned out delicious!

    Thanks!!! They didn't last long at all, one went down that day and the other turned into chicken salad which won't last long either.  Poor chicken!
