Thanks everyone. I have found out there is a lot to this, but should be worth it. I have a wedding party that I am doing July 6, it's for a family friend, was hoping to get some stuff set up by then so I could get free advertising, but looks like it will take a little longer.

Some time ago, we found a new sausage on the grocery shelves. We tried these and they were great. The sausages are called Conecuh. they are smaller in diameter than regular sausages. Has anyone ever tried to clone this? I am also wondering about the size of stuffer tube and casings to use.
hello everyone. Been lurking her for a while. Been gathering parts for my build. I have a 250 gallon propane tank, going to do a side fire box. I may have access to a 150 gallon tank. My question is, can I cut a section of the 150 gl tank for my firebox? Will the metal be too thin?
I have obtained a 250 gallon propane tank for my build. I have been trying to find something to make my firebox with. A buddy has a piece of casing 20" wide x 24" long. Would this be appropriate for my build?
What are the size of your firebox and the smoke box on the end. I have a 250 gallon tank that I want to do something similar with. That is one nice looking pit!
