    Pic of 1st Smoked Salmon w/Maple Glaze

    Smoked for about 4 hours w/cherry and apple chips. Marinated in dill/butter and lemon then glazed w/The Maple Glaze. I'm told it was good, I don't eat fish but I wanted to use the Maple Glaze as perfume. Man that stuff smells great!

    Sliced mesquite smoked turkey breast, injected with pepper and butter and rubbed w/sage/thyme/poultry seasoning and pepper Its got a kick, really good, just need to find bigger cuts of meat. 3 Lb roast weighed in at 1.4 pounds finished.     Anyone ever gotten an Electric Smoker Wet?

    We have a Masterbuilt and keep it on the end of the deck. If it looks like rain we move it under the awning. But I'm just curious, what happens if it did get wet from rain, has anyone had it happen? Thx, Trece

    How long and at what temp should you smoke Salmon?

    My first attemp will be tonight. I'm gonna smoke a Salmon steak. I am assuming 2-3 hours at 225.....does that sound right? Is there a temp I need to get it to? I'm using a maple glaze, oddly enough I don't eat Salmon. I'm making it for my husband to take fishing w/him for breakfast this...
