I'm picking up an interesting little smoker called a Cobb Smoker, no longer in production. I found it on Craig's List.

Does anyone here use one? Any tips on getting started with one? Any extra accessories?

I realize this is an old thread and you probably know more about your Cobb smoker than I do since I just purchased mine last week, also from Craigslist, though I haven't had the chance to use it yet. Here's their website...http://www.cobbgrillamerica.com/ I just purchased a couple of parts that were missing from mine plus a carrying bag. It looks like every part on these units are replaceable and can be bought online.

If you have any advice for me in using it, then I'm all ears. :)
