I don't use mine nearly as much as some here, I'd call myself a medium to medium light user. I have only ever used an Inkbird. The first one, the heat strip went out after I used about 3 (50ft) rolls of bags. Replaced under warranty. The second one is still working fine 6-7 rolls of bags...
IMO a brisket is about the only thing I've found to get better with a super long rest. Chucks, butts, they really don't care.
just my own opinon, of course.
Football was ok until they made it illegal to do these 2 things.
Get within 2' of the passer.
Get within 2' of the receiver.

It's about as much fun as watching flag football nowadays. I don't even understand the sport anymore. There's what, at least 15-20 minutes of...

chopped cooked bacon
parmesan to your liking
black pepper
maybe a few red pepper flakes

This was about 2 miles from my house a couple of weeks ago. It hailed at the house, but not the big stuff. Parts of the town look like a tornado went through. Cars, roofs, vinyl siding - all just demolished. I was glad I was out of town that day.
I have 2 @JckDanls 07 - you can have one of them lol. Not my Droid though..... I like the Godzilla background too much - plus I really just hate the apple
I remember getting very pissy when brisket went from .99 (not on sale) to 1.49/1.59 - it jumped pretty much overnight and then when the acoughalypse hit it went from 1.99 to over 5 bucks (both Sams and wally)
