Hello,
I'm new to the forum and new to smoking!
I've built this vertical smoker with a 29 gallons old compressor tank.
I just did a dry test to season it and the heat was amazing.
As you can see in the pic the exhaust is on the right side and I'm wondering if this will cause smoke to "stuck" in the cooking chamber.

maybe you can tell me if the smoke that comes out is good enough or if it looks way too much smoke.
