Went through the deep freezer to see what’s getting old.

Found: 4 Tbones, 12 chicken wings, 2 rib eyes, 6 wild hog tenderloins, and one pork loin.

All is seasoned with uncle Chris steak seasoning and then sopped with my own sop recipe. The pork loin was cut in half and one was wrapped in bacon the other will have a raspberry chapoltle glaze.

Got the fire going.

I’m going to smoke it and then package it for single meals for when the wife isn’t hungry:)
