WOW after 6 months in Afghanistan I craved for good BBQ andmy smoker. Upon return the first two attemps failed seems the meat was spoiled without knowing it which suck for taste trust me Ribs did good. Today while working my new to me trailer to pull behind my trike I placed a Brisket and Ribs on the smoker and WOW they were perfect. My wife who I have mentioned is not a smoke person but she always samples the food this time I knew by her beautiful eyes and third taste she love it. So now I am waiting for my pecaon pellets to arrive for a different flavor. Now I got to figure out how to add the photos
