My name is Bel and I LOVE food..... I've been doing a bit of charcoal style smoking by using the off-set box or the main chamber itself. I've just bought myself an electric smoker to have more control as I'm getting into sausage/salami/snack stick/smoked jerky making, and thought I'd gain a heap of knowledge from you guys that have been doing this a while.
