Note to self...
...slide the burgers over to other side of the griddle and scrape off some grease before putting on buns...ouch!!

Double Smash Burgers

- Area prepped and ready
- Heated up Griddle on low for half an hour, wiped griddle with oil, increased temp to about 425°F. Buttered griddle and dropped on burgers.
- smashed burgers about 10 seconds each with griddle spatula and putty knife.
- Flipped the burgers with a putty knife, cooked several more minutes...oops forgot the salt and pepper.
- Added cheese and melted slightly, doubled up the burgers

- I had some ground meat that was dated December 5th and some sausage that accidentally thawed in the outside fridge that was intended for MANDAY and needed to be used ASAP.
