    Need some help venting MES40

    I don't think the ability to adjust the exhaust vent is of much concern on an MES40. I think almost everybody runs them wide open all the time anyway. I took the "butterfly" vent off mine and relocated it on my mailbox door to regulate the airflow into the mailbox.

    Seven cents a pound? Holy smokes, around here it is on "sale" for .49/lb. Bought four heads (around 10 lbs.) to make a crock of kraut this weekend. Only have one quart left from the last batch and there are reubens to be made with the leftover corned beef from St. Pat's Day.

    Got the second Pfizer shot Friday. No side effects other than a little soreness at the injection site. Wife was very tired after the first one. I'm always tired so I couldn't really tell. Here ya go Bear. I got mine at Ft. Leonard Wood.

    Tuttorosso is a Red Gold brand. They also make their own brand along with many other house brand labels. They are located about 20 miles from me and they have a factory outlet store where they sell case quantities of all their tomato products for cheap money. We make at least a couple of trips...
