    NAKED RIBS, NO RUB, NO SAUCE!

    Those ribs look fantastic Al!! Great idea to go back to basics and keep it simple. I like it and am going to have to give it a try next time I do some BBs. Also, I like that you keep the membrane on, I agree with your thoughts that it seals in the juices. I never thought to remove after cooking.

    Thanks for the kind words guys!! chopsaw, I thought about putting on the bottom rack, but my mailbox is longer than the rack is wide. I had to cut the front lip off the small platform I currently have it on. I think moving to the other side will be the easiest way now that everything is setup lol
