All,

I was wondering if there would be any interest in me posting a tutorial on how you can convert your smoker from 120 VAC to 220 VAC?

I said no because I was thinking of my pellet smokers which draw very little current.
Then it dawned on me it would be for those with electric smokers.

So, just feed me peanuts and call me Dumbo.
